At Hartmann Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every piece we sell and want you to love your purchase. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase. STANDARD RETURNS
Items purchased from Hartmann Jewelry in-store or through our website may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item meets all of the following conditions:
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Cash purchases over $500 may be refunded by check, mailed within 7–10 business days. Credit and debit card refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
EXCHANGES
We gladly accept exchanges within 60 days of the original purchase date, subject to the same conditions listed above for standard returns. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be responsible for the price difference. If it is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit.

STORE CREDIT
Store credit is available for items returned after the 30-day return window but within 60 days of purchase, at our discretion. Store credit does not expire and may be applied toward any future purchase at Hartmann Jewelry.
NON-RETUNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS
Custom jewelry designs and special orders are created exclusively for you and require a non-refundable deposit at the time the order is placed. Once design work, casting, stone setting, or production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled and the deposit is forfeited. The remaining balance is due upon completion and pickup.
Hartmann Jewelry will work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure your complete satisfaction. We strongly encourage you to review and approve all design sketches, wax models, and stone selections before production begins. Once a custom piece is completed and accepted, it is considered final sale.
REPAIR SERVICES
Repair services are subject to the following terms:
GEMOLOGICAL CERTIFICATES & DOCUMENTATION
If your purchase included a gemological certificate (GIA, AGS, IGI, or similar), all original certificates must be returned with the item. Failure to return an original certificate may result in a deduction from the refund amount equal to the cost of replacing the certificate, typically $100–$250 depending on the issuing laboratory.
WARRANTY
Hartmann Jewelry stands behind the craftsmanship of our pieces. We offer a complimentary inspection and cleaning service for any jewelry purchased from us. Items with manufacturing defects may be repaired or replaced at our discretion within a reasonable period of purchase. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, or damage resulting from improper care are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty service does not extend to items that have been serviced, altered, or repaired by a third party.
