Custom jewelry designs, special orders, and engraved or personalized items are made to your specifications and are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun. A deposit may be required to initiate custom work. By placing a custom or special order, you acknowledge that modifications or cancellations may not be possible after acceptance of your order. Hartmann Jewelry will make reasonable efforts to communicate any design or material changes before proceeding.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Hartmann Jewelry reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Hartmann Jewelry confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Hartmann Jewelry may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy. Hartmann Jewelry ships to addresses within the United States. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control. Once we transfer your order to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REPAIRS

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy, available on our website. Repair services performed by Hartmann Jewelry are subject to separate service terms provided at the time of drop-off. Hartmann Jewelry is not responsible for pre-existing damage to items brought in for repair that is not disclosed at the time of acceptance. Items left for repair or service for more than 90 days without contact from the owner may be subject to storage fees or, after 180 days, forfeiture in accordance with applicable Texas law.
